Figures are starting points for typical scope in Taichung-area work. Complex vendor access, unclean historical data, or multi-site cutovers raise the estimate.
What moves a quote
- Number of systems and file formats in the chain
- Whether APIs exist or only file drops are allowed

- Parallel-run length your risk tolerance requires

Deposits & billing
Engagements usually require a 30% deposit to reserve the start week, with the balance on handoff. Pairing sessions are billed per block after completion unless prepaid as a pack of three.
Not a subscription
We do not sell monthly platform seats. If you need ongoing help, book pairing packs or a defined retainer of days per month — still consulting time, not software access.
