Acceptance
By using https://utilitymaple.click or engaging Utility Maple for programming consulting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
Pages describe Python automation consulting for operations teams. Descriptions are informational. A separate written scope or confirmation email forms the contract for paid work.
No online checkout
This website does not process payments or complete checkout. Invoices and payment instructions are issued offline.
Intellectual property
Site content belongs to Utility Maple unless otherwise noted. Scripts and documents delivered under a paid engagement transfer as stated in that engagement’s scope — typically client ownership of deliverables created for them, with Utility Maple retaining the right to reuse non-confidential methods and generic patterns.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, scrape in a way that impairs availability, or submit unlawful content through forms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (TW), Utility Maple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. For consulting work, liability is limited as stated in the engagement confirmation and shall not exceed fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Warranties
The site is provided “as is.” Consulting deliverables are professional services, not a guarantee of particular business results, which depend on your systems, data quality, and staff adoption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (TW). Courts in Taichung shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
